What Is Seedling?

Seedling is a marketplace for creative kids’ toys and DIY craft kits — build-your-own mermaid tails, pirate hats, “galaxy in a jar” kits, and similar projects that lean into imagination rather than passive play. Products generally work for any gender and cover a range of ages.

As of our last check, seedling.com is up and the domain is actively registered, but the homepage displays a “Seedling relaunches soon” banner with its featured product listed as sold out — and that same banner has been sitting there, unchanged, for months. That’s not the same as a dead brand (the site loads, isn’t parked, and social accounts under the Seedling name still exist), but it’s also not a confidently “business as usual” storefront right now. We’d call this paused rather than closed, and we’ll update this page once we see it actually relaunch.
