You have to already be a patient. Innerwell says it “may offer a referral program for certain first-time Ketamine behavioral health care plans,” and that eligible existing patients receive a unique referral link. Nobody can generate one from the outside, which is exactly why no public code exists.
It is a link, not a code. The reward attaches to the link itself. There is no field at checkout where a stranger’s code can be pasted in, so a code copied off a coupon directory has nothing to attach to.

Before you pay, three pieces of fine print are worth reading properly, because they are where the recurring complaints cluster:
- Missed and late-cancelled appointments cost $100 each. Innerwell reserves the right to charge a $100 no-show fee, and a $100 late-cancellation fee if you cancel or reschedule inside 24 hours. A recurring frustration in user reviews is that rescheduling can require a support ticket, and slow replies can push people into that 24-hour window.
- The refund window is tight. Innerwell’s terms state that a refund request made more than 30 days after your initial payment is approved at the company’s discretion — explicitly including cases where you have received no clinical services — and that after 120 days you are not eligible under any circumstances. Prescription medication is non-refundable.
- The advertised per-session price is not necessarily your total. Clinician appointments are billed as covered services, so any cost-share, co-pay or deductible your plan applies lands on top of the program fee.
