What Is the VNYL Subscription?
VNYL is a monthly record subscription with a twist: instead of picking your own records, you build a taste profile (you can connect Spotify, Discogs, and other music accounts) and a personal curator sends you records based on it every month. We checked vnyl.org directly at last check and it’s a live, working site — the signup flow, FAQ, and plans pages all load normally, and the footer shows a current-year copyright.
VNYL has had a bumpy history — it launched via Kickstarter, and over the years some subscribers have reported curation and shipping complaints. We can’t vouch for the day-to-day experience, only that the business itself still appears to be operating and taking new signups as of our last check.

- SOLO: 1 record/month — $22/mo
- TRIO: 3 records/month — $39/mo
- TRIPLETRIPLE: 9 records every 3 months — $99 (about $33/mo)
- BFF: 36 records/year — $420/year (about $35/mo)
These match almost exactly what VNYL charged back when we first covered them — the $22 solo and $39 trio tiers are unchanged, with two newer higher-volume tiers added since.
How to Get the VNYL $10 Credit
VNYL’s own site currently states its referral deal plainly: refer a friend, they get $10, you get $10. To use it, go directly to vnyl.org and sign up, or ask a current VNYL member for their personal referral link. Our own VNYL link currently forwards to Vinyl Me Please instead — a comparable curated vinyl service we also track, with more detail on our Vinyl Me Please page — so treat that as a solid alternative rather than VNYL’s own offer.

Is VNYL still active?
At last check, yes — vnyl.org is live, its plans and FAQ pages load, and it’s currently advertising a $10-for-$10 referral program.

It’s VNYL’s own referral program — both the person referring and the new signup get $10 in account credit. There’s no separate text code; it’s applied through a referral link.
Does clicking couponsuck’s VNYL link take me to VNYL?
Right now, no — our tracked link currently forwards to Vinyl Me Please, a similar curated vinyl subscription. For VNYL’s own $10 referral credit, go directly to vnyl.org.
