How the BigCash invite code was supposed to work

BigCash billed itself as an app that paid you credits for downloading other free apps and playing games, with a referral system on top: enter a friend’s invite code when you signed up, and you’d both get a credit bonus — 70 credits in our case, redeemable (per the app’s own model) for gift cards once you hit a cash-out threshold. We checked our tracked BigCash link, which pointed to a specific Google Play package for the app, and it now returns a “page not found” error instead of an app listing. We also couldn’t locate a current, matching official site or app store page for BigCash under that name. Neither of those is airtight proof the app is gone everywhere, but together they’re enough that we’re not comfortable telling you this invite code still works.

It’s worth saying plainly: apps in this category — earn credits for downloading things or playing games, cash out later — churn fast. A lot of them shut down, get pulled from app stores, or quietly raise the cash-out bar once they’ve built a user base. We’re not making that specific accusation against BigCash — we don’t have direct evidence either way on how it handled payouts — but if you still have the app installed with a credit balance, we’d treat cashing out soon (if you still can) as the safer move rather than waiting.
