What happened to Dobot?

Dobot was a free financial app that watched your spending and automatically moved small, “won’t miss it” amounts into a savings account tied to specific goals — a surfboard, a trip, whatever you were saving toward. Our old Dobot invite link pointed to mydobot.com, which today redirects to a HugeDomains “this domain is for sale” listing (currently priced at $4,595). We also searched the Apple App Store directly and found no app currently listed under the Dobot name. Between the parked domain and the missing app listing, this looks like a genuine shutdown rather than a temporary outage.

Note: this is the personal-savings app Dobot (mydobot.com) — not DOBOT Robotics, the industrial/educational robot-arm manufacturer, which is a completely separate company and unrelated to this page.
