The coupon directories currently advertise 30%, 50%, 65%, 70% and 95% off Hone Health, and they do not agree with one another. None of those figures trace back to anything Hone publishes. Two discounts do come from Hone: the invite link above, and a 10% discount for veterans and active-duty military, documented in Hone’s own help center.

The link comes from inside a member’s account. Hone’s instruction to its members is “find your personal invite link in your Hone account.” There is no way to generate one from the outside, which is why no public Hone Health promo code exists.
It is a link, not a code. Hone says the friend’s “credit is automatically applied at checkout.” Nothing gets typed into a promo field, so a code copied off a coupon directory has nothing to attach itself to.
The reward is one free month of membership. In Hone’s words: “When your friend signs up for a Hone membership using your unique invite link, their first month is on us.” Hone does not say the offer is limited to a particular tier.
The referrer gets a confirmation email. That is all Hone’s article promises them. Several third-party pages claim the referrer receives a $50 credit; we could not find that figure on any page Hone controls, so treat it as unconfirmed.
The Military Discount, and How to Claim It
This is the one Hone-published discount anyone can claim without knowing a member: 10% for veterans and active-duty military. It is not automatic and there is no code — you send proof of service and ask for it to be applied. Hone accepts a Statement of Service, a Leave and Earnings Statement, a DD-214, or a state driver’s license carrying a Veteran, Military or Active Duty designation. Email it to support@honehealth.com or upload it to the files section of your account, then tell them it is there so they can apply the discount.
Hone asks specifically that you do not send or photograph a DoD Common Access Card or military ID. The driver’s license route exists because it can safely be photographed.

- Confirmed: the invite program exists, runs on a personal link from a member’s account, and gives the new member a free first month.
- Confirmed: the 10% military and veteran discount, and the documents Hone accepts as proof.
- Confirmed: monthly fees of $25, $135 and $155, and start costs of $25, from $180 and from $220. Several review sites still quote $129 and $149 a month; those figures are out of date.
- Could not confirm: that the referrer receives a $50 credit. No Hone-controlled page says so.
- Could not confirm: whether the free month applies on all three tiers. Hone’s article says “a Hone membership” without naming one.
- Could not confirm: medication prices. Hone publishes them per product and discusses them at the consult, and says you are never charged for a medication without approving it first.
- Could not trace to Hone: every percentage-off Hone Health code on the coupon directories. They contradict each other and none originate on a page Hone controls, so none are listed here.

What the Free Month Is Worth
The $65 in Hone’s advertising is the lab panel, not the bill. By Hone’s own footnote, starting treatment on Premium costs from $220 — the $65 panel plus the $155 first month of membership. On Plus it is from $180, the $45 panel plus $135. Medication is extra on every tier.
So a free first month takes a Premium start from $220 down to $65, and a Plus start from $180 down to $45. Set that against the discounts advertised elsewhere: 30% off the $65 panel saves $19.50, and the 10% military discount saves $6.50 on it.
The route to the referral benefit is therefore to ask a current Hone member for their invite link. Without one you pay the standard price.

Yes, through the membership cancellation form, and Hone allows a pause of up to three months instead. There are no refunds for partial months, and you are billed in months you don’t use the service.
