The Order Ahead app — the one that let you skip the line and pick up food from local restaurants — appears to be discontinued as of this writing. Its own domain (orderaheadapp.com) now serves nothing but a bare redirect script that dumps visitors onto a parked “domain for sale” page, and we couldn’t find it listed in the App Store or Google Play anymore. There’s no Order Ahead app promo code left to use because there’s no app left to use it on. If you want the same “order from your phone, skip the wait” convenience today, DoorDash, UberEats, and Grubhub have all effectively absorbed what Order Ahead used to do.

Why We’re Calling Order Ahead Discontinued

We checked the app’s old sign-up link directly (the one this page used to send readers to) — it now loads a near-empty page that just runs a script to bounce you to a GoDaddy parking lander, the same footprint you see on domains nobody’s actively maintaining anymore. We couldn’t turn up a current Order Ahead listing in either the App Store or Google Play under its original name, either. Between a parked domain and no app-store presence on either platform, we’re treating this one as gone rather than just quiet.

This isn’t a one-off finding — we’ve seen the same thing on a related, older post for this same app (it went by “OrderAhead,” one word, back then too). Same brand, same dead domain, same conclusion.

Order Ahead’s whole pitch — browse a menu, order from your phone, skip waiting at the counter — is now just table stakes for every major food-delivery app. Here’s where we’d point you instead:

Our Original Order Ahead Review

Back when it was running, we liked the Order Ahead app quite a bit — a clean menu list, current pickup pricing that actually matched what the restaurant charged in person, and responsive customer service when something went sideways with an order. The company had also talked about expanding past restaurants into pharmacy and general retail pickup, which never materialized before the app disappeared.
