Sleeping Duck Mattress Review
I’m not normally the mattress review person here at CouponSuck. But I do travel to Australia a lot—so I do reviews for many Australian products. Sleeping Duck mattresses are currently available in the UK, Australia and Germany.
Last time I was back in Oz, it seemed a good time for a Sleeping Duck mattress review. I didn’t purchase one, but I do have a friend who did. So I checked it out.
They had purchased the single version, for their guest room, where I sometimes stay when I visit. The cost is originally $799.
According to the friend, shipping was super fast.
She got the medium firmness version, which was nice. I change between sleeping on my side and sleeping on my back. So anything too firm hurts me on my side, and anything too soft usually hurts me on my back. So medium is the perfect middle ground.
The mattress is made up of materials that allow not only for ultimate comfort, but temperature control. The top layer is bamboo fabric. Say what! Underneath that is a natural latex layer, followed by a memory foam layer.
I think with normal memory foam beds, the memory foam is right at the top. It’s a nice feeling, but always gets SO hot. The bamboo fabric layer in Sleeping Duck’s mattress really keeps you cool.
I must say, I enjoyed sleeping on this bed. Granted I was only visiting my friend for 3 days, so I didn’t get to do the entire 100 day trial. But during the time I was there, I never once had a bad nights sleep.
