None of that is a single official “we’re shutting down” statement — so treat this as “appears discontinued/absorbed,” not a 100% confirmed closure — but it’s consistent enough that we wouldn’t expect the old $10 referral program to still work.

If you’re looking for Lively’s old products specifically, Wacoal’s b.tempt’d line (a similarly playful, casual intimates brand under the same parent company) is the closest thing we could find still operating — though we have no confirmation it’s a direct successor to Lively’s product lineup, and we don’t currently have a working affiliate link for it to point you to.

How the Old Lively Referral Program Worked
